The SMS Phone number should be a mobile phone to which Hyper-Reach can send a Text Message. The Voice Phone number and SMS Phone number may be the same number, in which case you will get both a telephone call and a text message on your phone. The E-mail entry should be any standard e-mail address.

When you select "emergency message" from the message choices below, you will get a call, SMS, and/or e-mail message from the system. Hyper-Reach yields reliable, simple and fast service in an emergency.

When you select "positive confirmation message" from the message choices, you will be given more information about how this feature can be used to perform a census of recipients or to assemble exactly the number of volunteers or staff you need.

When you select "automatic teleconference feature message" from the message choices, you will be told how an instant conference call of message recipients can be initiated with this feature. Both emergency and non-emergency situations can benefit from instantly conferencing with colleagues.
